[SOLVED] [03921425] General error activating Panda Cloud Antivirus 3.0 Pro

The valid activation code entered on activation screen is never accepted by the program. The Help-Webpage displayed by clicking on the link "Help for this problem (1-0)" doesn't contain any suitable solution for this problem.

This error could be caused by wrong proxy settings being set either in Internet Explorer or in Panda Cloud Antivirus' settings

If you don't use a proxy to access the Internet, go to PCA Genetal settings - Change proxy settings and make sure that these fields are blank
Check also that Internet Explorer is not set to use a proxy to reach the Internet

I don't use proxy to access the Internet but direct DSL-connection via LAN. IE- and PCA-settings accordingly both set to blank...

Your team fellow CarlosBeta is informed about this problem and has already fixed it for the beta version via remote session on my PC.

We will need a PSInfo in ordet to be able to study the issue

Sorry, PSInfo2_V2.exe doesn't run on my PC, but permanently fails with EAccessViolation. Related screenshot is attached...

There is a 3rd party firewall (firewall.exe) that may be blocking the connection to our activation servers
As PSInfo is crashing, I will reopen the case 03921425 and send you an email requesting remote access to your PC
