[SOLVED] renewal didn't activate

renewed the panda pro antivirus, now it says I didn't renew and need to pay another $29.99. I have my email receipt, activation code, etc. Still won't accept it and wants money.

multiple times. and it won't even open or close anything. I have tried your phone lines - got put on hold for 75 minutes on Sunday! oh, and I got an email saying I need to pay you AGAIN.
frankly, your product is not satisfactory at this time. I am having multiple problems. If this is not resolved in the next 24 hours, I am going to demand a refund.

Try the following and let us know the results
Uninstall Panda Cloud Antivirus from the control panel
Run the
Generic uninstaller
Access your
Panda Account and download the autoactivated installer from there
Install Panda Cloud Antivirus again and activate it with your code in case it is not automatically activated

wait a minute! it looks like it loaded ... now why, if I am starting it today, is it saying that the one year I purchased is only good until next February? That seems like it is missing 4 months of service.

That is not a technical question, it's a licensing question, you should contact the
customer service department about this matter
