We are currenly working on a solution for this issue for Panda Free Antivirus and the 2015 product range
As a workaround you can disable the "Monitor the URLs accessed by each process" option from the Process Monitor protection settings

Consider upgrading to Panda Antivirus Pro 2015. You can activate it with your Panda Cloud Antivirus Pro code

Panda Cloud Antivirus FREE is now Panda Free Antivirus!

Hi, I am currently having this issue as well.
I tried the method above but I am still having the problem.
I even tried disabling the entire Process Monitor altogether and still have this issue. Help?

Windows 7 64-bit
Product is Panda Antivirus Pro 2015

edit:
I tried disabling everything on the antivirus except for just the Antivirus and Firewall and still get the same problem. It's a fresh format, not even a month ago. No spyware/malware/etc. No other installed antivirus/firewall/etc. I've gotten this BSOD like.. 4-5 times just today alone... going to try disabling protection altogether..

Just wondering will there be an auto update from panda cloud v3.0.1 to panda antivirus v15?

But are these BSODs pointing to NNSStrm.sys or not? I guess not as all the ones pointing to NNSStrm.sys are temporary corrected by disabling the "Monitor the URLs accessed by each process" option from the Process Monitor protection settings

The upgrade is still being certified, so it is not ready yet

Yes they are pointing to NNSStrm.sys
So far I have everything disabled except Antivirus and I haven't had any issues yet though.

Temporary disabling the "Monitor the URLs accessed by each process" option from the Process Monitor protection settings should be enough to stop receiving the NNSStrm.sys BSODs
We will have a hotfix to correct this issue soon

Hello,

Im experiancing the same problems with BSOD errors pointing towards ( NNSStrm.sys ). ( also happens when installing Diablo 3 with blizzard installer )
i had the error each time i tried to install ( tried 3 times )

Turning off the Monitoring URLS did not work for me i still got the same error. After that i unistalled Panda anti virus and it seems to be gone.

Is there any further information on this issue?

Then we will need a full dmp to be collected

This article explains how to setup your computer so that a 'Complete memory dump' file will be created if the computer crashes.

A Memory dump file contains data from the operating memory recorded over a certain time period. It is a valuable source of information for developers and technical support specialists when troubleshooting abnormal application behaviour. This file is automatically generated after an operating system crash of Microsoft Windows.

How to set up your computer to generate a Complete Memory dump if the computer crashes?

Follow the instructions below.
  1. Open the computer's System Properties dialog. To do so, go to Start – Run, type sysdm.cpl and Press return.
    Image
  2. Select the Advanced tab.
    Image
  3. Under the section 'Startup and Recovery' select the 'Settings...' button.
    Image
  4. Under the section 'System failure' | 'Write debugging information' from the drop down menu select Complete memory dump (if the option is missing select Kernel memory dump)
    Image
  5. Click 'OK' to confirm the change.
  6. You must restart the computer for the change to take effect.
The computer will now write the entire contents of the computer's RAM to a dump file if a system crash occurs. This file will be C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

A complete memory dump can generate a large file and therefore it is recommended that the file is compressed (e.g., 'zipped up') before transferring from the source computer and/or submitting to Panda’s Technical Support.

I am having this issue as well. It appears to only happen the the Blizzard Background downloader is active. Even with the mention option about monitoring URL's is disabled. How can I attach my dump file? I already have it zipped and ready just need a place to send it.
