Dear Support,
We have got quite a few customers complaining that parts of our software products are detected as threat by Panda Antivirus Pro 2015.
One assembly gets quarantined as suspicious file, which leads to some unexpected crashes in our software.
Other antivirus solutions do not have this problem.
I already sent an e-mail to falsepositives@pandasecurity.com 3 days ago, as described in your thread about "How to report malware or false positive issues" in this forum, but I did not get any answer from you.
Are these instructions still up-to-date?
Could you please get in touch with me so we can make some progress with the issue?

You may not receive an answer when reporting samples or false positives to these mailboxes due to the huge volume of emails received everyday.
Let us know if the problem persists and if so provide us the samples here so that we can create an official case and push it for a faster resolution

Thanks for your fast answer.
I can confirm that the problem persists today after updating to the latest virus definitions.
I already submitted the sample via e-mail to falsepositives@pandasecurity.com on Monday 23 February.
Do you want me to make it public and attach it to this thread? Or do you want me to send it to you by private mail?
