Hello,
after my PC suddenly got a BSOD and was loading everything forever on a restart (Panda Cloud Antivir was the last the system loaded ... after 12 minutes or so).
And after checking/testing hardware and memory. I went and checked the last created minidump (the only one existing actually) using BlueScreenView.
And so it appears, that Panda was messing with NNSStrm.sys which seems to cause the BSOD looking at this existing topic

[can't link the whole URL else this thread gets marked as spam ... *rolleyes*]
Unfortunately the provided fix is not compatible with the free cloud antivirus, so for now I turned off the URL monitoring, hoping that it won't appear again.
here's the view of this minidump
Hope, the fix will be available for the free version, too.
regards

Re: BSOD because of NNSStrm.sys
Which Panda version are you using? you can check it in the version.ini file located in the antivirus installation folder
Anyway, we are working to correct the hotfix so that it also applies to version 15.0.4.02

Re: BSOD because of NNSStrm.sys
For those who are still experiencing this issue and the hotfix can't be applied or have renamed NNSHttp.sys follow these steps:
1. Download the attached binaries.zip to your desktop for example
2. Extract it (the password is panda)
3. Reboot into safe mode
4. Rename the existing NNSHttp.sys, NNSHttps.sys, NNSPop3.sys and NNSStrm.sys files from C:\Windows\system32\drivers
5. Copy the extracted NNSHttp.sys, NNSHttps.sys, NNSPop3.sys and NNSStrm.sys files from the folder matching your system (x86 for 32-bits operating system or amd64 for 64-bits operating systems) to C:\Windows\system32\drivers
6. Reboot normally

Re: BSOD because of NNSStrm.sys
The new hotfix version is ready: hfrt151409s1r1.exe
If you have already applied the solution manually by replacing the files, you don't need to apply this hotfix
