So I installed Panda Cloud Free in my computer at work using my personal email to create an account.
As I started to like this AV, I created an account with my work adress to assign it to that computer; while my personal email account will be used at my own personal computer at home.
However, I can't find a way to assign a new account instead to replace the current one.
Is there a way of removing the account associated with the installed software, or should I remove and install it again? I read in the forums about this and on the only thread I found, there was a user who said he uninstalled and removed but with no change. But he seemed to have a different problem, as he inserted an incorrect email to register the account. Wich is not my case, my both emails are correct; I just want to use one account at work computer and my personal account in my home computer.
Thank you!

Re: Email account change
Being Panda Free Antivirus, it doesn't really matter.
In order to re-assign the installation to a different Panda Account you will have to reinstall
Follow these steps
1. Uninstall Panda Free Antivirus
2. Access to the Panda Account you want to associate the installation to for that machine
3. Download the installer from that Panda Accunt
4. Run the downloaded installer
Repeat the same for the other PC but using the other Panda Account

Re: Email account change
I have made exactly how you told but it didn't work.
First I removed the antivirus, and rebooted the computer.
Logged in the new client area, downloaded the installer, and installed the antivirus. When I opened it and went to the options, my first accound was still there. It didn't even ask for another email.
Thank you

Re: Email account change
PM me your both customer numbers
You can check them by logging to your Panda Accounts and accessing the section Documentation and downloads or in the Need help section, selecting the form
I will also need you to PM me your both Panda Account emails and passwords so that we can forward the change to be done in the database to our IT department
