I used the ISO to create a CD. When I tried to use it:
A) system did boot up
B) "PANDA Cloud Cleaner" application did launch

C) After responding to the 2 dialogs (language, License agreement) "PANDA Cloud Cleaner" replies with:
"ERROR - press any key to continue"

the system exits gracefully. But I am never able to scan the computer from "PANDA Cloud Cleaner" boot disk.

Does it work in a different computer? It may be having problems detecting very new hardware

same results on 2 separate machines (a network cabled desktop PC and a wireless laptop).

Why do you need to use the CD? Does the OS boot?
Does the installable version work?

Hello, fortunately I am not in the immediate need of "Cloud cleaner Boot disk". However, I do like to test my recovery solutions before the need arises. I would be sorely disappointed if the need arose and the tool didn't work.

In so far as "CD" boot disks, it is a personal preference to have "non-volatile" storage for "cleaner disks". I feel that if a bug/virus gets past PANDA Global Protection; a memory stick is potentially at risk as well.

Has anyone else duplicated my issue? I have tried re-load the ".iso" file and new CD (same results).

We haven't been able to replicate the issue
It may be related to your hardware, I know you tried in a different machine, but have you tried it in another one, in a friend of yours' for example?

as stated on Aug 17, same results on 2 separate machines (a network cabled desktop PC (HP Envy 700) and a wireless laptop (Sony VIAO - PCG8152L). Both machines are over 1 year old. Both machines are running Win7.

We have a new Panda Cloud Cleaner version but we are still adapting the ISO
You could try the USB version if you like
