Hello, is the panda cloud cleaner working? Here I can not use it because it keeps sending results to the cloud and returns a warning analyzing offline. And the advanced disinfection option does not work, there is always an error.

Hello, this is working normal ... you tried reinstalling PCC? check if the firewall you are running is not blocking the PCC output.

Panda cloud cleaner needs a working connection in order to send files to the cloud and to be able to analize them correctly,.

How are you configuring the analysis?
What kind of internet connection do you have?
Are you in safe mode?

Is this a wifi connection it needs to activate when connecting to Internet?
