[CLOSED] Failed to disinfect malware

i found that the Panda Cloud Cleaner has failed to disinfect the malware.(OS windows 8.1 64 bit)

In order to continue with the study of your incident with Panda Cloud Cleaner, Panda Security needs to collect additional data from your computer.

Access the Panda Cloud Cleaner installation path. By default, %ProgramFiles\Panda Security\Panda Cloud Cleaner.
Locate and create a copy of PCloudCleaner.LOG and Ramdom_Name.pad files.
Now press the Windows key + R, type %temp%, hit Enter and create a copy of all the files with the .stats extension.
Compress all these files into a .zip file attach it as a reply to this post.
