Hi
English is not my native language but I'll do my best
My problem is that when I use PCC my network card disappear so when I go to the
Network and sharing center and choose Change adapter setting there is just a ethernet wired card there.
2 times I have used the device manager and updated drivers that solution worked well, but not today. I just got a msg that this card have a problem.
In the device manager earlier today there was also listed up
-Troubleshoot kernel for Microsoft network card
-Microsoft directly virtual wi-fi card
-Microsoft ISATAP adapter
and of course my ethernet and wireless card
They are gone now but I take a screen shot of it.
I hope someone can help me with this
Regards Cathrine

Re: Missing wi-fi adapter
Did PCC detect anything?
Access the Panda Cloud Cleaner installation path. By default, %ProgramFiles%\PandaSecurity\PandaCloudCleaner.
Locate and create a copy of PCloudCleaner.LOG and Ramdom_Name.pad files.
Now press the Windows key + R, type %temp%, hit Enter and create a copy of all the files with the .stats extension.
Compress all these files into a .zip file and send them to us.

Re: Missing wi-fi adapter URGENT!
Hi there,
I have just run panda cloud cleaner on windows 10 and deleted the files it recomended I delete after the scan without really checking (as I assumed a programme specifically designed to remove malware would know which files were/weren't dangerous better than me)
My wifi adaptor is now completely non existant, and after searching the web a bit I believe panda cloud cleaner has deleted it as a 'false positive'- whatever that means.
I can also no longer access 'settings' on my laptop, when I try I get he message 'this app can't open. Your trial period for this app has expired. Visit the windows store to purchase the full app.'
Obviously the settings button on my laptop isn't an app that needs purchasing.
Please please someone help me fix this because atm I'm completely screwed.
Thanks all.
