[CLOSED] Panda Cloud Cleaner feedback

Post by martago »

In two different computers that I have updated to Windows 10, I got problems with Panda Cloud Cleaner. In the first pc I got false positives, when hours before the same Panda Cloud Cleaner in Windows 7 show no malware infection. This is a pc only used for homebanking, no browsing or emailing happens, so I am quite sure it is clean.

The second pc, the one I am posting this message, was just updated to Windows 10, after which I ran Panda Cloud Cleaner. When updating, Panda installed a new version of its software and started running the scan afterwards. Soon, in the beginning of the scan, I got the blue screen of death, which I had never seen it before in Windows 10.

I subsequently uninstalled Panda Cloud Cleaner, which I consider not suitable for the latest version of Microsoft Windows.

Which Panda Cloud Cleaner version did you use?
Try the latest version as the previous one had some issues with Windows 10
You can download it from here

Which Panda Cloud Cleaner version are you using? You can check it in the version.ini file located in its installation folder
Access the Panda Cloud Cleaner installation path. By default, %ProgramFiles%\PandaSecurity\PandaCloudCleaner.
Locate and Ramdom_Name.pad file.
Now press the Windows key + R, type %temp%, hit Enter and create a copy of all the files with the .stats extension.
Compress all these files into a .zip file and send them to us.
