hi, I've used the Recover USB a few times, today I tried to use it and it get stuck when the blue windows turn to grey, the accept and scan box never shows. I tried to restart the computer but the gray windows shows again.

Normally the gray window shows the box to start the scan. But now it just stay gray.


Any help will be appreciated.

Try creating the USB again following these steps as it has been recently updated
