Succeeded in creating the 'debugger' environment!

Ran Panda Cloud twice today.

PC crashed the first time, but when I ran it a few minutes ago it ran to completion.

Will try again tomorrow.

PC aborted about 15 minutes ago.

Dumped the memory, and wrote it to the Panda.dmp file.

Uploaded after compression to your server.

A Lenovo plug-in crashed during system restart and the debugger enabled again.

How do I turn the Debugger OFF?

Sorry but it was uploaded empty
Can you upload it to any online storage server such as MediFire, WeTransfer... and provide us the download link?

In order to disable Windbg as the postmortem debugger you have to set Dr Watson to be the debugger again
To do so, go to start - run, type regedit and press OK
Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AeDebug
Set the value of the Debugger key to:

Code: Select all

drwtsn32.exe -p %ld -e %ld

Panda.dmp zipped, (psswd encrypted, - ya I known not necessary) and uploaded to MediaFire:

http://www.mediafire.com/download/azpzt ... b/Panda.7z

Total decompressed payload about 302Mb.

67.73Mb on MediaFire cloud. Has to be something in it this time, I hope!

BTW, I don't have Dr. Watson in this clean build of Windows 10 - it appears to exclude Dr. Watson

I was trying in lowercase

Anyway, you've collected it with the 64 bits debugger, and being a 32 bits process it doesn't provide the information we need to analyze it
We need to collect the dump with the 32 bits debugger instead (the one in C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Debuggers\x86)

OK, I found 'Windbg.exe' in x86.

Do I need to remove or delete the 64 bit debugger first? If so, how do I do that?

Not running Dr. Watson, - didn't load with the Win 10 install, so I can't follow your instructions for disabling it.

In order to enable the Windbg 32 bits debugger, you need to run the WinDbg.exe -I as instructed in the document but being located at the x86 path

Then if you wan't to disable it, download and extract the attached aedebug.zip (the password is panda)
And import (double click) the extracted aedebug.reg
