On my previous laptop, I lost my favicons one day and I couldn't figure out why and, more importantly, I could not get them all back. That computer died a couple of months ago and I got another and today I ran Panda Cloud Cleaner and I lost my favicons.
I'm more than a little unhappy.
It would be fantastic if someone from Panda could offer a simple solution to getting them back. I am using Windows 7. I've tried all the methods that one gets when one Googles it.
Also, I'm done using Panda Cloud Cleaner but I still use the anti virus.

Could you replicate the issue again?
We will need some log files generated when you launch Cloud cleaner in CMD with this parameters:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Panda Security\Panda Cloud Cleaner>PCloudCleaner.exe -localforensic
When the scan ends and you clean and close the console, in the installation directory(C:\Program Files (x86)\Panda Security\Panda Cloud Cleaner>) creates .stats file. Collect and attach here please.

it looks like you're having me launch Cloud Cleaner from the program folder, which is fine, except that I don't know what -local forensic is. Is that a special option of the launch? I don't see any reference to it when Cloud Cleaner opens.
