[CLOSED] Panda Cloud Cleaner & Panda AV Pro 2016

I am running Panda AV Pro 2016 and then in addition scanned my pc . And Panda cloud cleaner found some malware .
How is that possible ?
I tried to understand what Cloud Cleaner found but didn't find logs. Are there any ?

Then Cloud Cleaner proposed to protect my pc. But I already use AV Pro.
Is it reasonable to run both at the same time ?
Regards,
ftr

Hi,

Access the Panda Cloud Cleaner installation path. By default, %ProgramFiles\PandaSecurity\PandaCloudCleaner.
Locate and create a copy of Ramdom_Name.pad files.
Compress all these files into a .zip file and send them to us.

Hi,
In the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Panda Security\Panda Cloud Cleaner the attached file is the only pad formatted file.

BTW,
1/ the Windows alert center (?) in the tray bar demands me to activate Panda AV Pro 2016 (which I did, of course). Scary.
2/ I can't close the Panada Window: I always remain at the start page (in my French version here called Demarrage, first green button). The prog reacts to none of my clicks.
3/ I can't change the WLan (wifi) protection from OFF to ON.

Does the AV currently work ?

And now, after a restart after a Windows update, there are two warning messages :
- activate AV pro 2016
- show the options of the firewall

I had activated AV pro 2016, of course. But the pc does not take it into account.
I opened the firewall options and activated Panda firewall. I close. I reopen: No effect.
Then looking into the advanced functions I find
- domain profile: windows firewall activated, the incoming connections which do not obey to a rule are NOT blocked.
- private profile: firewall unactivated
- public profile: firewall unactivated

Hope this helps

According to the PAD file, it only detected some suspicious policies related to the hidden files, these polices are not detected by the antivirus
It doesn't necessarily mean that you are infected as you may have changed by yourself the settings in Windows explorer to decide whether show or not hidden files and operating system files

Regarding the firewall protection issue, we will need you to provide a Panda Support Information log so that we can study what is happening

Are you in a domain? Note that having more than one firewall working at the same time could cause troubles
