[CLOSED] Panda antivirus uninstall error

I tried to uninstall Panda Antivirus 2015, but my computer froze as it was starting and I powered my computer off.

Now whenever I try to uninstall it, I get the a message (in french) telling me that there was an error. I can't seem to remove the program from my computer in any way. Help please?
