[CLOSED] Documentation and Downloads
How long it will take that in My Account the Documentation and Downloads shows all my products. There was long time only two products and now there's no more than three.

In that download page I can see more my products. But they are not equal with downloads in My Account - My Products but only with some missing products. Why I can't see them in My Account "Documentation and Downloads"?
I have also in my Computers license codes that I can't see anywhere in download pages. When I try to add any of those license codes in "Enter the activation code of your Panda product:" I get the message "This code is already in use" (although I can't see them in My Account.
I suggest that you combine the pages "My Products" and "Documentation and Downloads". I guess the data comes from the same database.

Why I can't see in the new pages "My Account" in "Documentation and Downloads" my products. Still ther's a wrong customer number or at least not the same number I hava had for years. On the page where the perevious link took, there's a right customer number and more my prodiuts. And why you don't just add the information in "Documentation and Downloads" to the main page.

I guess that you have different customer number which may need to be merged into a single one
The reason for not appearing all the products is that MyAccount is restricted to 50 maintenances of consumer products and I see that you also have a license for PCOP which is not eligible for MyAccount as its a corporate product
You may need to contact the customer service department in your country about this matter

I have already contacted customer support. I indeed had a different customer number in "Documentation and Downloads". Actually I had six different customer numbers probably because of Beta testing. And it's OK that PCOP don't appear on my account. Anyway I'll wait solutions from the support to have only one customer number and only one My Account.
