[SOLVED] [04192601] Website Blocked - False Positive

I contacted telephone support and they sent me here to tackle this issue.

I have a website I host for one of my customers. I also built the site for them.
Panda Internet Security 2015 is blocking the site entirely (even the admin panel).

The site in question is: www.holidaysincornwall.com

As I run the site, I know that it is clean.
I even had it scanned independently after seeing Panda was blocking it and that came back completely clear.

What worries me is, firstly why Panda thinks it should be blocked, Secondly that all other Panda users are also being blocked from the site and told it has malware and finally, that there seems to be no mechanism for submitting to you that a site is wrongfully flagged.

So what do I do from here?
