i don't arrive to install panda global protection 2015 gold
i have unistall it because i has got a problem but now i not arrive to install it

Please try running Panda generic uninstaller as Admin

Then try to install again after restart.
Also, there's new, 2016 version available so you're better off installing it

i have instal avast because i need to be protect but do they have any solution for instal panda please

According to the installation logs there are problems accessing the Windows installer service (belonging to the OS)
Go to start - run, type services.msc and press OK
Locate the service named Windows installer, what is its start type? can it be manually started?

The start type is correct, but can you start it? Or do you receive any error?
Just right click it and select start

Could you try installing from safe mode with networking?

safe mode of the coumputer or the browser ?
