Hi! Every time i try to install a game on the Battle.net desktop it crashes. There is another topic(http://support.pandasecurity.com/forum/ ... php?t=3389) with the same issue that has bean RESOLVED and it worked for me with Windows 7. But now with Windows 10 it does not work! Pls help!

Give it a try to the 2016 version
How can I upgrade to Panda 2016?

Hi! So i follow your instruction and tried to install PA16 - But i had som problems uninstalling PA15. So i founded all the files with "Panda" in it and deleted it. Know i tried to install PA16 again. But it still says that i need to uninstall PA15. But but it is not booting on my computer i cant fin any files for it! Pls help!

Try using the generic uninstaller

If running the uninstaller and rebooting doesn't help as you mentioned in the other thread you opened, provide a PCOPInfo for further study
