[CLOSED] Installing Problem

Hello,
I have installing problem with my Panda Internet security 2015 (free upgrade for the 2016 Version) and I can not Install the software. The Issue that the system says is at Firts '' There was an error during the process and it failed t complete saccesfully '' then it says to clik the button below and start the installtion again. At the second instalation it says there is an error 997 and I can not finish it. I have Also attach a file with error log report.

Hi,

First try with next tool:

Launch and restart the machine twice. Them download the last version of internet security 2016 from your myaccount and try installing again. Let us know the results.

I tried everything you told me but it says exaclty the same thing. The differnce is the file of the error log report has changed. It is attached!

Create a new user called Panda, assign administrative rights and set a password for it.
For detailed information, refer to Microsoft’s article Create a user account.
Restart the computer and select the Panda user to log in Windows.
Now install your Panda product.
Once installed, if you like, remove the newly created user called Panda from the Control panel, User accounts

If the problem persists download and save the ProductCodes.zip to your desktop, for example.

Extract the ProductCodes.zip file (the password to extract it is panda).
Double-click the correct reg file depending on your operating system, ProductCodes32.reg if you use a 32-bits operating system or ProductCodes64.reg if you use a 64-bits operating system.
Agree to import the information to the registry when the message appears.
Now install your Panda product.
