I am also getting an hourly message re PSAEvents, although the AV seems to be working still.

On another issue, I haven't been able to run a critical area scan for over a year - it just sits there and reads perhaps one record every ten minutes! Any ideas?

I've also been experiencing PSEvents.exe failing. I redownloaded the client to do a clean install and it keeps throwing up an unspecified error, leaving me with no Anti Virus currently installed. Which is something of a problem.

The Protection Service is definitely still running, so it's likely that the AV is still functional, but we're also getting this same issue, which is very annoying.

Hello,

I've been following the various errors threads over the last few days. I've re-installed the latest fix (April 26) and although install now works, I'm still getting PSExpCampaign.exe errors. I'm running XP SP3.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm still getting PSExpCampaign.exe errors after a remove and re-install.

Here's the text file. I can't upload the mdmp file. There was also a weird thing going on with the on screen program changing language automatically, although this seemed to be fixed with the re-install.

It may be an unallowed extension for the forum, can you compress it into a zip file and upload it?
We will also need a comporessed copy of the PSExpCampaign.exe file

If you are not able to upload the files to the forum, try uploading them to any online storage server such as MediaFire, MEGA, WeTransfer, DropBox... and provide us the download link

Zip file attached. However, I don't have a matching WER file but I think that could be as a result of me re-installing earlier today. If I get the error again I will zip all the new error files to you.
