False Positive Detection on our software

Hello,
Our software is constantly being shut down or flagged as suspicious by the Panda Antivirus, if it lets our software run then it massively slows it down, is there any way to fix this or any one we can contact that can fix this? How do you apply for Whitelisting?

Any Assistance is greatly appreciated!!

Hello,

we have the same problem here with our software "pdlp" (www.parentsdanslesparages.com)

You have to create an account to be allowed to download our software.

Is it possible to use your ftp to upload the files that need to be whitelisted by your laboratory

If so, please give me the instructions to perform the upload.

what is its size?

Thanks for your reply

Our software Pdlp (https://www.parentsaround.com , https://www.parentsdanslesparages.com) is a parental control system which allow to limit connexion time on the computer and provide filtering ability over websites. In this context we use a tool to close automatically the session and we intercept dns requests going inside and outside the computer.

The installer is automatically blocked by panda when downloaded (install_pdlp.exe) size : 9110 Ko, the instaler is signed by a valid certificate

As explain you cannot download directly this installer as you have to create an account to be allowed to download it.

I can provide you a valid version of the software but i need to know where/how to upload the files.

Dear customer.

You can download and run the following program to be able to upload the files we need to analyze:

Once those files has been uploaded, please let us know when it's done to be able to download those files.

When running the program you will be asked for your nickname and the folder where the files are to be able to upload them.

we cannot find a filder with your username on our FTP.

Could you please upload the files again, and when prompted, enter your username for the forum, so we can locate the files quick and easy.

The files have been classified as goodware throught their embeded digital signature

From now on, all files signed by this digital signature will be regarded as goodware.
