It's so strange, it suddenly stopped for me, as well. However I clicked where it indicated a problem to 'FIX' and it can't proceed (?). I can't keep rebooting hoping this next one will correct the program, I have work to do!

Try latest version:

http://acs.pandasoftware.com/Panda/FREE ... FREEAV.exe

if that does not work, try sending the psinfo for the machine:

Panda Support Information tool

From a computer with Internet connection, download and save the Panda Support Information tool in your computer.

http://enterprise.updates.pandasoftware ... OPinfo.exe

Accept the license agreement.

Now, access the General tab, fill in your customer and product details and describe your issue.
Tick the Do not send, save local option (psinfo1.png).
Click Start for the hardware and software collection process to begin.
Once completed, send us the resulting file, in .7z format
Example: COMPUTERNAME_[DATE-TIME]_PSInfo.7z
Attach to an email all files requested and send them to us to complete the study of the incident and solve it.
Tried the first link (v18.04) and it made things worse (PSUA error followed by PD going critical immediately), so I uninstalled it and reinstalled v18.05.00. Am now running psinfo. Does anyone know how long that generally takes to finish? It's been running for the last four hours 'collecting data.'

@rolandknight

Waht is the OS you are using? Please do not tell me is a Windows XP.....

it normally takes up to an hour, if everything is hunky dory. bit if there is a problem it could never finish... depends on the computer.

Well I don't know what's going on, but the errors have stopped again for me, none for the last hour. Hopefully they won't return this time...

No, it's Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit. I saw in the data collection tools forum that users of the free antivirus should select pro/internet/global/gold on psinfo and I left it on default so I'm thinking that's why it's not finishing. I'll try starting it over with the above selected.

It does not rally matter what of the optiona are u using... we need files related to windows errors...
Yesterday there was a release for windows updates. the strange thing is it working for a few hours or minutes, and then failing again.

The faster you send the psinfo, the faster I will check the issue, individually.
