antivirus issue

Hi.. my Dome free account is active but i can't turn on my antivirus protection.
The "allert message" said i need a restart , but after several times, this problem still persist.

Can you help me?

so you hve any other antivirus, antispyware, antimalware producto on your computer?

try using the leftover eraser:

https://www.pandasecurity.com/usa/support/card?id=82011

and then from your

www.myaccount.pandasecurity.com

reinstall using your active free license.
