With a new update Panda is now creating and deleting the file
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\connectiontest[1].htm
every second.
There are other ways to check the state of Internet connectivity.
Please fix this bug/unwanted behaviour.
Thank you.
P.S. I have "fixed" the issue by disabling access to this directory for everyone (via removing all permissions) but this may backfire and I don't want to mess with system directories just because one applications misuses my system resources.

How might reinstallation fix this bug I wonder?
And, yes, I've reinstalled the product to no avail - the issue remains.

as far as I know, we do not generate any file to check connection.
what makes you think it is a file generated by Panda Security?
