question about update

Is it normal to click to update the panda and nothing happens?
Does that mean I'm up to date? he does not even seem to check the server.
I'm using the current free panda dome.

We o have internal files specifying the las time checked and the last file downloaded from the servers, there is no need to go online everysingle time you request an update.
If last update is from the very same day or the day before, you are updated.
