Activation Issues

Hi, I have installed offline version of panda dome. When Try to activate it, its asking me activation code.
I just want to activate the free version.
Please walk me through the activation process of panda dome free (offline downloaded)

I downloaded antivirus and started to install. It did not reach the end. A message popped up in the window "An error occurred during the installation, etc." Details are saved in the file PsNanoLog73.zip
But I did not find this file on my computer.
Plz, write what I need to do?

Like I said, I want to activate the free version which is not listed there.
and also If I download from there it will be a online installer.
I tried sighing in in panda but still its asking activation code or showing active products, there is no free version available.
I want to activate free version that is download offline.
Please help

there is always a free version on your account, as it is free for all.
You can download an installation file from there, and it will be donwloaded with the activation code integrated.
