Panda opened a window indicating that there were definitions not yet installed and ask me to let it be done. After I agreed, it seems that another version was installed and the FireFox browser was closed. New definitions are usually added almost dayly so this was not to be a big deal but closing FireFox without asking specifically if it could is a big deal. I have to hunt down all the emails I had in windows for reference and some of the tabs are not recoverable because the information has changed. This should not happen.
Additionally, a hint on a support ticket says to find the product & version, go to the help menu or click on ? and select about. The version I have does not have ? and when I click on help I get https://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers ... m#t=10.htm which does not give this info. When I use the support forum link in the Panda program I get https://soporte.pandasecurity.com/foro/ ... 1601088379 which is in Spanish and does not seem to be a Spanish version of this forum. I dug the URL for this forum our of my history.
I know there is nothing that you can tell me except how to avoid having the browser closed unintentionally, but I hope someone can fix the problems I identified.
