Hello and to whom may concern,
This is Peter writing, and I've found that one component, named PandaSecurityTb.exe, of Panda Free Antivirus version 16.0.2, which is the latest available version of Panda Free Antivirus, has been considered as Malicious document by Forticlient, an Antivirus solution from Fortinet, and had been identified as "Riskware/Agent".
This make me courius and I upload the file, PandaSecurityTb.exe to VirusTotal.com for analysis, suprisingly, 21 out of 53 security software rated it as virus. Many of them are well-known security software vendors, including Agnitum, Dr.Web, ESET-NOD32, Fortinet, GData, Kaspersky, McAfee, Sophos, Symantec and many other minor vendors.
Here is the link to VirusTotal: https://goo.gl/oGq8iE
Hope you guys a resolve or respond to this problem quickly.
Sincerely,
Peter

Re: PandaSecurityTb.exe = Virus?
This is not virus (it belongs to the Panda Security Toolbar) but some other antivirus may consider it as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program)

Re: PandaSecurityTb.exe = Virus?
Well, I don't think that Panda Free Antivirus have provided any Toolbar plugins to be configured during installaion period or even in the main UI of the Panda Security software.
Also, I've checked the plugins of InternetExplorer with Autoruns by SisInternals Suit

None of them are related to Panda Security.
It's annoying to have a Toolbar that I can't configure or even choose to install.
Even more, the free version of Panda Security don't even provide this kind of free service.
So what's the point to install this "Toolbar" but not being shown in Internet Explorer?
Please don't include the installation this kind of "Toolbar" in the following new FREE product because this service is not free (not shown in the UI of the welcome screen) AND it's not configurable.
Sincerely,
Peter

If you didn't agree to install it during Panda Free Antivirus installation process, then the detection of PandaSecurityTb.exe is the toolbar installer which remains in the tools folder inside the antivirus installation folder if you decide to install it later
You don't see the toolbar nor the BHO because it wasn't installed
