panda find opera.exe at virus and when i click step-by-step and when i opened the website this image show to me.

Can you please compress the resulting txt file into a zip file and attach it?
In the screenshot we can't see the action taken nor the dates of the events
It may have not been removed because it was in use (opera opened)
Have you restored it from the quarantine?

It seems that it has been a false positive detection that may already be corrected as your protection has been syncrhonized again after the detection happened
