I'm trying to install Panda and have received an error message. Zip file attached!

In order for us to study your case and offer a solution as soon as possible, we need you to send us certain data.
First, you need to enable the setupapi verbose log generation mode.
To do so, extract the attached setupapi_verbose_on.zip file (password is panda) and run the extracted setupapi_verbose_on.reg
Reboot the computer and run the installation again
Once the error appears, collect the following files:
C:\Windows\inf\SetUpAPI.dev.log
C:\Windows\inf\SetUpAPI.app.log
Finally, disable the setupapi verbose mode logging
To do so, extract the attached setupapi_verbose_off.zip file (password is panda) and run the extracted setupapi_verbose_off.reg and reboot your computer.
Compress the C:\Windows\inf\SetUpAPI.dev.log and C:\Windows\inf\SetUpAPI.app.log into a zip file and provide them to us with the installation log generated by the new installation attempt
