I have Panda Free Antivirus and I noticed it wasn't turned on. It asked me to activate the product. I click to activate and it came up with a message saying Error activating the product Generic Error. I went to the help page and it mentioned LAN settings. My LAN settings are not enabled so that isn't the issue.
Any help is really appreciated, thank you.

Hi,
Check if you have proxy configurated in the internet browsers. If not, launch cloud cleaner to discard malware infection.

running clean now, it came back saying Computer Successfully cleaned. Registry Entities Cleaned: 2
I restarted my computer but I still get the same error using Panda Free Antivirus - it says it is not activated. I click to activate, it says Error activating the product - Generic error.

Now uninstall the AV free with generic uninstaller and try reinstalling again:

When I try to uninstall from the control panel. I get a error message that is in Spanish. I click the right hand bottom button (the only button on the error message) and the error goes away but it never uninstalls.
