I have no idea why Panda FreeAV insists on doing this, but each and every time I install an updated version it "discovers" a potentially unwanted program and neutralizes it -- just so happens that said executable is directly associated with FileHippo's program updater-identification service, and thus won't function once Panda has moved it into quarantine.
You guys have something against FileHippo? If so, take it up with them but stop rendering my installation of their run-on-boot executable program dysfunctional! Yes, I know how to go into Panda's quarantine and recover it, but that is a PITA and completely unnecessary.
