How do i create an exception for ports 4242 and 4243?

Panda Free Antivirus doesn't include firewall protection so you don't need to do that

I use Crashplan for automated backup. After installing Panda backups ceased. I turned Panda antivirus off and backups were able to resume. Investigating I learned that these ports must be available for Crashplan. Suggestions? Thank you

You can try excluding the folder where the program is installed instead
