[CLOSED] I am unable to install Panda Free Antivirus on my laptop

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate and have tried to install Panda Free Antivirus at lease 4 times. I always get errors that it can not be installed. The error asked me to enclose the error-zip file to this support forum. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong? I was told that I have the Knobface Virus on this laptop and I need to install a dependable virus program. I used Panda before and really liked it. Any help is very much appreciated, thank you!

According to the logs there is a problem accessing Windows Installer
Please check this help from Microsoft: "The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed" error when you try to install a program in Windows 7 or Windows Vista
