Free home version suddenly disabled and won't scan, giving "error code 1" and searching on that in forum fails.
Since I upgraded to Win 10 a few months ago I did fresh download which hung on removing old version so had to reboot. Install again seemed to work but still same problem of won't scan.
Now what?
