[CLOSED] Full scan fails - Error Code 1?

Hi.

I'm trying to do a full scan because I believe I have a threat on my computer. The full scan gets to around 30% and then throws Error Code 1 and quits.

Windows 7 64bit
Panda Free Antivirus v16.0.2
Definitions last updated today.

Any ideas?

Hi. Thanks. I've gone ahead and done this and rebooted. When I click on full scan now, it lasts one second and then says: "Done! 0 scanned, 0 detected, 100%". The interface is also messed up.....parts are blacked out and non-responsive. Any scan type I try behaves the same actually. Any ideas? Thanks.

I also applied the hot fix but the scan still doesn't run and the interface is still blacked out.

Please run an additional scan with Panda Cloud Cleaner
About the interface issue, we are working on a new correction so we will update the hotfix soon
