When attempting to install Free AntiVirus, it provides me with an error as well as a file to provide to you all to assist with the installation. Thank you in advance for your help.

According to the logs there is another installation instance running
Due to Windows Installer technology limitations you can only run one instance at the same time.
Make sure that you are not installing any other software at the same time, if so, let it finish the installation and run Panda's installation again after a reboot
However, we've found that when a software from Blackberry is also installed it launches another instance of Windows installer which causes this issue, if this is the case disable or uninstall this Blackberry software before running Panda's installation again
