[CLOSED] Win 10 event viewer Security Center "SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_"
Posted: Sat, 31 Dec 2016, 21:26
Just did a clean install of Panda Free v18 on my windows 10 x64 laptop (uninstalled Panda Free then ran the Panda generic uninstaller before installing V18). I'm using the Windows firewall with Windows 10 Firewall Control (it uses the Windows firewall).
The Windows Event Viewer seems to indicate a problem. It shows multiple successive entries as follows and in this order after the security center starts:
Updated Panda Firewall status successfully to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_SNOOZED.
Updated Panda Protection status successfully to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_ON.
Updated Panda Firewall status successfully to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_ON.
Updated Panda Protection status successfully to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_ON.
Updated Panda Protection status successfully to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_ON.
Updated Panda Protection status successfully to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_ON.
Updated Panda Firewall status successfully to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_ON.
Updated Panda Firewall status successfully to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_SNOOZED.
This slows down the startup of my computer and concerns me that there might be problems using Panda (I've been using it for at least a year).
Thanks for your help!
