[SOLVED] Disabling 'read only' in Panda installation directory

Is it possible to disable temporarily the 'read only' restriction of the Panda installation directory so I can place a small sub-directory underneath it? Perhaps from outside Windows?

Why do you want to create a folder under the Panda installation folder?

The disable is meant to be temporary: less than a minute.
I normally create a folder containing various files related to each software package I use: original installation program, receipts, usage notes, correspondence with technical support, upgrades, and so on; this folder is kept under the installation folder of the package.
