[CLOSED] Problem with activation code

I have a problem with activation code.
I have visited myaccount.pandasecurity.com in order to renew my antivirus with the activation code that i buy in a store.

I press the button 'I have a code' and write the correctly the activation code.
Then appears this:

After this I press confirm and appeas this:

What can I do now?
