Install Problem for Panda Internet Security after a Virus

I have a problem with my Windows XP pc.

I think a Virus.

I am not able to install the Panda Antivirus.

The installer show an error !

Panda Internet Security create a file PsNanoLog_2D.zip dimension 3,57Mbyte , but is impossible to send you because the maximum dimension is 1 Mbyte.

After an Windows Update, the Panda Internet Security go to crash.
The Panda Icon is disappared.
I have try to reinstalled it, but the installer show an error during the installation.

I have try to run Panda Cloud Cleaner, but without results.

I have see and read the thread,

The problem start when the Panda icon disappared on my bottom screen bar.

I have try to restart the program direct manually by the Start, Programms, Panda, Panda Internet Security.. but without success.

I have try to reinstall the Panda Internet Security, and The installation program ask me to insert my Activation Code, and after ask me to remove the old Panda Antivirus installed on my PC.
I have answer YES, and after the Panda software disinstall the old Panda Program and when try to install the new Panda Internet Security the problem is coming.
