Download Icon missing

Hi all,
need help.
I log in to my newly created panda account.the download icon for macbook is there. i click and the code was regenerated. I click on the cloud icon and no download was initated. I thought need log out and log in to see.
But when i re-log in again, the icon was gone.
Please advise how to rectify the problem and to start download the global protection.
