panda-wannacryfix.exe uninstaller

Hey, while checking the forum I find out there is a wanna cry vaccine from panda with the name of panda-wannacryfix.exe.
after installing it I find out there is no way to remove it from the system.
it's not on program and feature list, but on startup list.
and when I try to run generic uninstaller it's showing "reboot the machine before using generic uninstaller" error.
the save way when I try to uninstall my PCAP its showing the same error.
so is there any way to uninstall panda-wannacryfix.exe?
it's really irritating when it ask me administration permission on each and every startup, also it slows my startup.
so please let me know if there is anyway, real soon...
