Scan Freezes

Good day,

I have just recently purchased Panda Global Protection Version 17.0.1. I am trying to run a scan on my computer. I have tried to run the full scan but it stop progressing at 18,000+. I then tried to run the critical areas but it too stop progressing at 18,000+. Please I would to get some feedback on how to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time. Please help me with this issue.

Hello,

Does it always stop on the same file or is it a different file?

If it is the same file always, try analising that file alone.

¿does it finish now?
