Background scan never stops

I installed the PandaSecurity software in my desktop at home and completed a manual scan on July/2017.
(PANDA INTERNET SECURITY 17.0.1)

3 months later and every time I turn on the computer, the Files Scanned counter continues to increase.
Even if the antivirus is stopped and even without any program running.
The scanning never stops.

I saw in a response to someone in Jan/2017, that:
"This background scans were removed since version 2015
If you see the counter increasing is because each time a file is accessed (On-Access) or run (On-Execution) it is
scanned"

But that is not the case, because not a single program is running (see attached file).
And the HD light is always on !

The computer now is extremely slow and i cannot use it.

Please could you help me with that?
If I can not stop that, I will have to uninstall PANDA.

1) Uninstall Panda with http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/ ... taller.exe

2) Installing Panda IS http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/ ... con/is.exe

Attached image, from the normal configuration.

You should make sure that compressed file scanning should be turned off and scanning after syncing should be turned off.

You have them both ON.

The process core.exe is not a problem related to Panda, I send a private link for you.
