Folse Positive

Hi i have false positive with AutoMapa_6.24_1710_PL
this is navigation program in poland panda block me to open file but not add it too quarantine
when i scan the file it is clean and in the log i cant find wirus name panda is detecting
I have the file from developer side and i am 99% sure it is clean

We need a copy of the file which panda is blocking to be able to send it to our virus lab.

Please do the following to upload the file to our ftp:

Download and run this file. You'll be asked for your forum user name and the location of the file you want to upload.

After filling these two fields, please press submit to upload the file.

Once the process has been done, please let us know the file has been uploaded.

Dear customer.

We recieved the file correctly but we'd like to know if the problem begins when you run the file, and if so, when running the file you get a pop up from panda telling you that any file has been blocked? Can you provide us with an screenshot of the pop up shown by panda when it blocks the execution of the file when you try to run it, and the log file of the antivirus report? Because the file you submitted appears to be clean.

Dear customer.

Our workmates from virus lab, are asking us for two important things to be able to solve your issue:

1. Please, can you provide us with a copy of the antivirus report? you can import it to a txt file and send it to us.

2. Can you tell us when is done that detection? Is it done when you run the file for the 1st time? When you are installing the program and the files are being copied to the hard drive?

Panda was preventing me to open the file. I mast add it to white list to install the program
when i clean the white list it is still preventing me to open the file
Raport in the zip file i cant add txt form.
