unauthorized payment taken

Can you tell me why you have taken a unauthorized payment from my PayPal account?
I still have 30 days left of my activation, so it's not even an auto payment at the end of my cover as it is not the end of my cover.
I am still getting your popup asking me if I wish to continue my cover with you.
Last year I had to do the payment manually after my cover was over, this is how it should be done not you just taking the payment over a month before my end date.
I will have my money back, thank you.
I will not be renewing my cover with you at all now.

No they have not got back to me or even read my email odd that is it not. But then i know they will not get back to

Did you ever used the new charged license?

the charge you received was processed under autobilling service which was active on your account.

We confirm you refund has been processed, in around 10 days, you will receive your money charged back into your credit card.
