Error 9-1401

3/2/2018 i bought pandasecurity pro everything was good until today....
I open my computer i check my pandasecurity so i can scan my pc and it was telling tha i am not protected i try log in and an endless loading started....
I check on the forums and i fix that problem...
Then i checked that my product isn t pro but it is free edition my i put the code and it doesn t take it.....
(I have the code and the the box)

Please help me!

Please uninstall the antivirus you have in your compluter following the steps the the post below: ... 6f6829a83a

Then you will have to install the antivirus again. In order to do that, follow the stepts of the Support help:
